1 mug of nut milk (coconut, almond or cashew)
1/2 teapsoon of ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg, ground or grated
3 split cardamon pods
Grated fresh ginger (to your taste)
Grated fresh turmeric (to your taste)
1/2 teaspoon of cococnut oil
A pinch of black pepper
Blend all ingredients together
Add everything to a pan
Slowly bring to a gentle boil
Sieve the mixture and serve
Enjoy
