Carrot cake

A comforting carrot cake
Ingredients
1 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
6 beaten eggs
1 and a half cups of grated carrots
1/2 cup raisins
Chopped walnuts to decorate
Instructions
Mix together dry ingredients, flour, cinammon, nutmeg, baking soda.
Combine wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients
Stir in raisins
Add mixture to a greased cake tin.
Top with walnuts
Cook for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
Set aside and allow to cool.
